
PETER TARANTO, SENIOR MARKETING CONSULTANT
Prior to joining Marketsnag, Peter was the managing partner for the Storage Solutions Practice at Haines, Cotti, and Associates.
Mr. Taranto's experience includes a 30+ year career at IBM holding various management and executive positions.
Peter was the World Wide Director of Marketing for IBM’s removable media business where he was responsible for over 1.2 billion in revenue.
In his career with IBM he managed various sales organizations, was responsible for IBM’s software business for the eleven western States, and helped launch IBM’s HDD OEM business. Several of Peter’s assignments included being responsible for international operating units.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree and MS from Baruch College. He has completed IBM sponsored executive education programs at both the Harvard Business School and the Sloan School of Management.
